Section 51
Cost of Shares, Debentures and Debentures
: (1) Every company shall prepare and maintain the balance of existing and canceled shareholders and debentures up to thirty days before the annual general meeting and twenty one days before the annual general meeting.
(2) In addition to other things, the following things should also be disclosed in the application according to sub-section (1):-
(a) Authorized capital and number of shares of the company,
(b) Issued share capital of the company,
(c) paid-up capital of the company,
(d) Amount demanded per share,
(e) Total amount of installments due,
(f) the total amount outstanding,
(g) Total amount paid for brokerage fees in shares or debentures,
(h) if any shares are forfeited, the total number of such shares, the reason and date of forfeiture,
(i) Loans taken from banks, financial institutions or any other person or guarantees given by the company,
(i) If you have invested in shares or debentures of other companies, the name and registration number of such company and the amount invested in shares or debentures.
(j) Name and address of incumbent director.
(3) Within thirty days from the date of holding the annual general meeting of the company as per sub-section (1) and if the company does not have an annual general meeting, if it deals with transactions that require the approval of the relevant body according to the prevailing law, then at least one director shall, if such approval is obtained and if approval is not required, within one year of registration. should be sent to the office (4) A company that does not hold a general meeting shall submit the report as per sub-section (1) to the office within six months from the end of the financial year.
